• Collaboration with stakeholders (POs, PMs across the organization) to understand technical requirements
• Writing technical specifications and creating tech debts for projects
• Code review, documentation & mentoring the group of front-end engineers to scale applications for production use
• Working with UX for mockup/prototype and shipping features
