Adds a unit test for the LDOS feature involving the light extraction efficiency of a point dipole in a dielectric layer above a lossless metallic ground plane. The test verifies that the extraction efficiency computed in cylindrical and 3D Cartesian coordinates agree. A schematic of the simulation layout for the two coordinate systems is shown below.
A tutorial based on this calculation will be added in a separate PR.
This PR also modifies the existing LDOS unit test for the Purcell enhancement factor to use a source in cylindrical coordinates with narrower bandwidth and larger cutoff as described in #2182 (comment).
