v1.0.0.18 is skipped because I clicked the wrong button on Firefox add-on store.
This is a rather major update, Nano is now using the new build scripts, i18n is now properly packaged into the extension instead of evaluated in run-time. Nano is no longer slower than uBO.
The Chromium version will not be published to Web Store yet, because I'm not confident enough that it won't blow up.
