Update regular test combination to cover

  1. ubuntu 20.04, 22.04
  2. rockylinux 8, 9

Drop support of centos 7

Will also update default args in related dockerfiles

updated internal regular pipelines to reflect the changes,
I will keep monitoring the status of regular runs for a few more days.
