This PR is to create a backup in NOAA-GSD/fv3atm for Joe's MYNNSFCLAY code before reverting the change to the composites in
GFS_typedefs.F90(i.e. the idea to make them persistent).No testing required. New/backup branch in NOAA-GSD/fv3atm is called "mynnsfclay_from_joe_in_latest_code_without_reversing_composites_in_typedefs_20200319"
