The commands under 'Python info' find the wrong (system) version, but the tests do use the correct version as shown in the platform details of the test session output. It's still confusing though.

Possibly related: actions/setup-python#487 and jupyter/notebook#6523. Their solution is to use bash -e {0} instead of bash -l {0}...
