This adds a sketch of a team agreement for the RSE group
It doesn't suggest many specifics, but outlines a shape are agreement can take. It will need to evolve as new people join.
For me the outcome is that we have a description of team success to help us focus our priorities, and a basis for proposing or negotiating our own "healthy metrics" for evaluating our work
