• Configure Plugin setup:
  • Removed optional file selection for “Control Definitions” as ACIB-FUNIN cannot have access to this type of functionality
• Plugin Output:
  • Removed the field “Num_Types_Pos” from the -pn_matrix_results.laboratory.csv file generated in the outputs_laboratory.zip folder as ACIB-FUNIN is not permitted to see this information for study samples
  • Added the fields “chipBarcode” and “run_date” to the -pn_matrix_results.csv file generated in the outputs.zip folder within the .pgp (encrypted file), as requested by IMS (Jean Cyr) and the pn_matrix_results.laboratory.csv file generated in the outputs_laboratory.zip folder, as requested by ACIB-FUNIN
  • Update typing_manifest from generic “file” type of file to “.csv”
• Use docker://cgrlab/typeseq2:v2.2.0
• IonTorrent plugin packages
  • TypeSeq2.2_2_0.zip for the use at NCI-CGR lab.
  • TypeSeq2_ACIB-FUNIN.1_2_0.zip for the use in the clinical trials.
