The enclosure contains:
(1) modified Ingest_LDD for HST
-- including LDDTool command
(2) updated HST LDD XSD and SCH; via IngestLDD
(3) both VALID and FAIL test cases for testing the Requested Changes:

    <hst:plate_scale unit="mrad/pixel">4.2e-05</hst:plate_scale>

CCB-38_pixel_resolution_angular.zip

Note that the XSD and SCH were built using LDDTool 15.2.3 using the 1N00 version of the IM.
