Summary: Summary of changes

Addresses VEDA-XX: Develop amazing new feature

In testing veda-routes, we discovered that the workflow root path isn't properly set so trying to access the workflows API does not work.

Changes

  • Updates infrastructure/terraform.tfvars.tmpl to have a default value for workflow_root_path
