Change policy key for invalid compute environment.
Remove inline_policies for testing invalid compute.
Determine if launch template is preventing ECS agent.
Revert to older ECS AMI to test compute environment validity.
Use an earlier ecs ami version.
Remove all possible launch issues for testing.
Revert batch environment changes.
Use index value for inline_policies key.
