This includes Magic and Nebular and Salus.
This is a preliminary list, mostly unfiltered, using /encs/pkg installed packages as a source. The script generating .tex and .md files is included. Added a Makefile target for it as well: make software-list that would regenerate the files for the manual and the README.
Also mention --constraint options.
Add our new paper, links to specs to all NVIDIA cards. Split out the educational refs.
This includes formatting, proofreading, factual things. WIP the GPU section.
Other editing around those sections.
