- Also fixed samples and updated HLMS
- Added CMAKE GUI option OGRE_SDK to make it easier to point findOgre scripts to the correct place

I believe this PR was superseded by another, although the other did not fix the samples and CAMKE options |

FYI, I could fix merge conflicts and re-create PR to sort CMAKE settings out if you want |
