Tasks and Rationale

[Moved to later heartbeat] We have shifted focus from recruiting Club Captains to Regional Coordinators, and need to make some changes to the /clubs page of the MLN site:
mozilla/learning.mozilla.org#1142

Maker Party ends July 31, so we need to make some changes to the /events page to message that:
mozilla/learning.mozilla.org#1135

We need to start promoting the MozFest call for submissions:
mozilla/learning.mozilla.org#1139
