New management of takesell

Hi @grunch !

Did some work on takesell:

• Now after takesell from cli i wait for dm of last minute in time and automatically retrieve them, here is the waiting part: https://github.com/arkanoider/mostro-cli/blob/3fb9d57acf05aa059e25995d7443e30d8ec824cc/src/util.rs#L97
• Not using pretty table for takesell printout on cli, easier to copy hold invoice.

I left getdm with prettytable at the moment, but if you are startint to "jsonize" all dm of mostro we can parse better all the fields!
