This software allows to train and use neural networks for microscopy written in python (cpython) from within ImageJ.

Requirements

You need a computer with a graphics card for doing calculations on gpus. You need FIJI/ImageJ and anaconda.

Integrated networks

The first networks that will be integrated are those from the project ZeroCostDL4Mic

• UNet
