libeigen: fix splitting files into packages

Source: meta-openembedded MR: 00000 Type: Integration Disposition: Merged from meta-openembedded ChangeID: 1bc3e98 Description: Assign ${includedir} to FILES_${PN}-dev (instead of into FILES_${PN}), as the headers belong to the -dev package and it is done the same way in boost.
