  1. Rename EquationForm to PhysicalProperty
  2. Rename EnergyForm to Energy, PressureForm to Pressure, BulkModulusForm to BulkModulus
  3. Rename EquationOfStateOnVolume to EquationOnVolume and use Tuple to implement EquationOnVolume
  4. Change the signatures of lsqfit & findvolume in accordance with Use function-like object to apply EOS, deprecate apply methods #77
  5. Update docs, etc.
