Event calculateExecutionTime Update

Object class:
-added get functions to access the values of dx, dy, dz that keep track
of when the object crosses a periodic boundary
Event class:
-replaced the pure virtual calculateEvent function with a default
definition of calculateExecutionTime, more complex execution time
calculation are then to be defined within the derived event classes
