Payment Requests

Allow the user to request payment from another person. Options include

• sharing a deep-link, which opens up the second user's app for payment
• QR codes that encode a deep link'
• what else?

v1 (pre-address book): send deep link to phone contact
v1?: QR code and display on the screen (does this require a scanner? ya but your phone probably has one? app probably has scanner from sync?)

v2: (post address book): send to MM contact
