Describe the bug

Problem: I cannot perform a Send. MM stays loading. If I refresh the browser, I see that tx stays stuck on a Pending state. Resetting the Account does not work neither. Happening to all networks.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Unlock MM
  2. Change to Goerli
  3. Click Swap
  4. Enable Smart Transactions
  5. Add amount and token
  6. Click Review Swap
  7. Click Swap -- MM stays loading indefinitely
  8. Refresh browser
  9. Cancel Swap
  10. Try to perform a Send -- MM stays loading indefinitely
  11. Change to Mainnet
  12. Try to perform a Send -- MM stays loading indefinitely
