fix #419 Reset changes added to plugin overview
related to #422 dashboard and synchronisation page files moved to folders - this should not lead to redirects, as the folder name is the same as the original file name
related to #367 plugin page, plugin installation page, tutorials and "manage" pages updated to display new logo and colors in screenshots
