v2022-11-26-001 adds a missing </div> in Basso's _navbar.html.
Because the navbar implemented in that file is rather self-contained, the missing close-div may not have confused browsers.
But better safe than sorry. Also, having it set up properly makes it easier to make changes, should one want to.
