Description
Marlin menu info assumes the existence of thermistors and fails to compile should they be disabled.
Updated menu info so thermistors are optional.
Requirements
Any TEMP_SENSOR enabled or all disabled
A marlin menu capable LCD eg REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER
LCD_INFO_MENU
