Description
Fix issue when compiling TOUCH_SCREEN with TFT_LVGL_UI.
I didn't force disabling TOUCH_SCREEN with LVGL because it will support TOUCH_CALIBRATION soon, so we will instruct the users to the wrong way.
Benefits
LVGL now compiles fine with and without TOUCH_SCREEN
