Cross-platform timer working in additional thread. Work checked in Windows/Linux, Delphi/FPC. VCL/FMX/LCL independent timer, RTL using is enought. Timer works in additional thread and fires in additional thread. Therefor if you will use it in any GUI code, syncronization is necessery.
