These two views may be better off as one view where the user can see their data and edit it at the same time. Ideas?

This would look and function similar to the user settings page here on GitHub, and, when the time comes, be easier to add JS on top of. The fields would be listed with a "Save changes" button on the bottom.

- Merging profile and profile edit views (MUNComputerScienceSociety#99)
- Add ScheduleForm in place of 'hard-coded' form

- Moved authentication actions into their own controller
- Moved registration into AuthController
