PR #31 temporarily removed docs from api.rst

.. automodule:: mdahole2.analysis.utils
   :members:

.. automodule:: mdahole2.analysis.templates
   :members:

because it does not work nicely with the MDA sphinx theme.

These docs need to be added back.
