Add request for "/mosaics" point data when using the Interact Feature

Context

Currently when using the interact feature and using the pointer marker. If the layer is a titler /mosaics endpoint, we do not grab the data for the coordinates due to a dependency on the Impact Titiler being updated. There is a separate issue ticket for the Impact Titiler to be updated and once the updated version of this titiler has been deployed, we should add the request to grab the mosaics point data.

Acceptance Criteria

• Be able to get point data on a layer for a /mosaics endpoint
• Address bug where when switching between interact tabs - we are not clearing the data (slack thread here)
