…ved them from the conda-lock-64.lock file. This did warrant the need to update the version number of these packages compared to other base images.

Added a pangeo-notebook workspace using the information from the pangeo-notebook repo.
Additional optimizations may be realized; however, for the time being I wanted to see if this works within our ADE.
