Currently, the Pro/Donate version allows to import/export privacy settings.
However, in order to import them to second (or more) device, one has to manually get it from hidden folder, then manually move/copy to second device (e.g. send by email, copy via PC etc etc).
What I suggest is a modified export option (or "share") that allows to send the settings file directly from Xprivacy app to gmail/dropbox and the such, making easier export.
Perhaps even better- something like "Sync settings with dropbox"? I've seen this feature in "Moon+reader" app: one can sync the book he is reading with dropbox, then open the book in another device and continue reading from same page. Something similar with Xprivacy settings, so one can sync settings configuration from several devices using dropbox (or any similar) account?

good idea, but I think M66B won't implement this since it can be easily realized by yourself.
The exported settings can be found in the root directory of your SD card, named "XPrivacy.xml".
With apps like SuperBeam (free, link on the bottom) you can send it from one phone to another!
