All restrictions that have no usage data are unchecked on every reboot, for all apps with enabled boot receivers. These restrictions are changed during every boot, not just the update process.
Also, every app to test XPrivacy (Network info ii, sim card, elixir 2, android id) is able to see all identifying information. Elixir 2 even sees all installed apps and has access to all sensors. From what I can tell no restrictions are working at all in either version. I haven't tested version .26 or .27. Last known working version is 1.99.25

@an0n981 Have you tried exporting, using the clear all option and re-importing?
