Scripts used in the manuscript "Host traits, lifestyle and environment are associated with the human skin microbiota"

Reproduction of the analysis

Run scripts in the folders ./popgen and ./kora. Folders are numerated, so follow their order. They contain scripts to analysed each cohort independently.
Run scripts in the folder ./analysis. Folders are numerated, so follow their order. It contain scripts to combine the analysis of each cohort, format the results, and produce tables and figures that are part of the manuscript.
