There are no settings by that name on a DB cluster
Modify ignore to generically handle built typescript
Rename file and alter to only create schema and users
Add version table and merge in other updates to unify initial table creation Add note to indexes file that they should be created in the main schema scripts Add version table and 2.1 version record to 2.0.1 to 2.1 update script
Add lambda to initialize the database and run it during TF run

This PR adds version table and automated DB user and schema initialization on fresh installs, as discussed in issue #45. I refactored/renamed some things to get this all going. We'll need to make sure that any further 2.1 sql schema changes (and for all versions going forward) get properly added to the schema.sql file. |
