打开run.bat闪一下没了

实际上有报错，只是一闪而过了，用CMD运行可以看到信息

可以在run.bat的最后一行加一个pause方便看报错

直接用CMD运行，或者直接对main.py用IDLE打开后F5运行

输入pip install limits安装缺失的库
以及，你是否没有按文档说明运行pip install -r requirements.txt？
以及，下次再遇到这种问题建议先自行搜索报错信息（比如这里就是ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'limits'）
