Please follow all the steps outlined below before you open an issue / ask for help in our Discord.

If you are using Lodestone Desktop and are encountering some issues, please try installing Lodestone CLI and using https://lodestone.cc/ instead.

Cannot Connect to Core

If you are getting the HTTP error pop up, timeouts, or anything similar, try accessing [ip]:16662/api/v1/info on the browser from the machine you are trying to connect, replace [ip] with the actual ip of your Core machine.

For example, if you are trying to connect to the address 192.168.xx.xx, and you are getting some error, put 192.168.xx.xx:16662/api/v1/info on the browser.

If you see a string of text, that means the Core is reachable but our dashboard wasn't able to connect to it. Please raise an issue or a support thread in our Discord, including the following details:
