The electron builder setup is outdated

Expected behavior

The electron builder setup should be updated to produce all required assets for the auto updater to work on all supported platforms.
The assets are:

• dmg files for arm64 and x64.
• blockmap files for each of the above architectures.
• zip files for each of the above files.
• latest-mac.yml.

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
