Expected behavior

Should validate delegate registration transaction for minimum fee requirement and show correct error message for fee requirement

Actual behavior

Failed to validate delegate registration transaction for minimum fee requirement

Steps to reproduce

  • Have account available balance less than 10 LSK
  • Register delegate

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

* Fix hasUserEnoughFunds calculation

* Change error message

* Add unit test

* Remove wrapper.update
