Description

Please support exporting the genesis block in the JSON format along with the blob format, when generating the genesis block with the genesis-block:create command. This feature could be made optional with a --json-output (or something similar) flag.

Motivation

Lisk Service requires the genesis block to be in JSON format and the migrator currently exports the genesis block only in the blob format.
