Description

  • Update signMessageWithPrivateKey and verifyMessageWithPublicKey with the protocol defined in the LIP PR

Acceptance Criteria

  • Check commander message:sign and message:verify commands
  • Update unit tests and remove unnecessary functions from cryptography
