Expected behavior

In the verify hook for Message Recovery Command, when calling verifyDataBlock the cross chain messaged should NOT be pre-hashed.

Actual behavior

Cross-chain messages were hashed before being verified which results in proof never being validated.

Steps to reproduce

Hash messages and verifyDataBlock with correct merkleTree data.

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
