### What was the problem?

This PR resolves #8403 #8664 

### How was it solved?

- Update genesis assets under default config to include nft assets under
`examples/pos-mainchain`
- Register NFT module to example application
- Add custom module to example application to mint NFTs
- Implement `init` under nft module

### How was it tested?

Checked by running example app
