Expected behavior

Example dpos mainchain should be able to connect to api client using ipc

Actual behavior

When we enable ipc it is still unreachable

Steps to reproduce

Run dpos-mainchain example and try to connect using api client

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
