Update genesis block result verification

Description

• Update init under consensus.ts to use new validation logic for genesis block, implemented under issues Update genesis block header static validation #6894 Update genesis block static validation #6895
• Add checks to verify the stateRoot and validatorsHash properties of genesis block as specified in the LIP after the following logic in init under consensus.ts await this._stateMachine.executeGenesisBlock(ctx);

Acceptance Criteria

• Add unit test for each property verification
• Unit tests should pass

• verifyStateRoot function will be implemented under Add stateRoot when generating a block #6752
• Add header.validateGenesis() call under block.validateGenesis
