Description

Framework RPC endpoints now supports HTTP API.
Although there is difference of REST vs RPC, they expose the same information.
Therefore http api plugin is deprecated/removed for maintenance reason.

Acceptance Criteria

HTTP API Plugin is removed from SDK project.
