az5 - Monitor a GPIO and run shell commands if it changes

We use az5 to respond to thermal warnings and alerts, and to DCDC alerts.

Usage example:

az5 14 'alert y' 'alert n'

This monitors the USER button, flashes the RGB LED if pressed, and
returns to steady green when releasing the button.
