TO-92: Add 3D models & fix too small pad drills

SUMMARY

• Add 3D models from Add script to generate 3D models for TO-92 LibrePCB/librepcb-parts-generator#120
• Increase all pad drill diameters from 0.6mm to 0.75mm because the leads are square and factor 1.41 was forgotten to apply 🙈
