Fixed a few issues with the app thinking it's been unclipped if another app changes the clipping bounds.

Built using pyinstaller.

First working version

First working version of my trapper tool. This program shows you a list of windows showing on your computer, allowing you to select any of them and clip the mouse bounds so it can't move outside of the selected window. To release the mouse cursor, alt-tab back to the trapper program and hit Enter or Space to press the "Unclip" button, or you can alt-f4 the trapper program to also release any mouse clips.
Executable built using pyinstaller and should be able to run on systems without python installed.
