This is a RESTful api for creating and transfering some virtual money. It uses in-memory storage for account and history, works with 4 threads.
To start server you should run main function from Main.kt file. Server will start at http://localhost:4567/

- 200 OK: The request has succeeded
- 400 Bad Request: The request could not be understood by the server or contains bad params
- 404 Not Found: The requested resource cannot be found
- 500 Internal Error: The request couldn't be processed right now
