Setup RTL script, packages, and YAML

1. Installed Jest, React Testing Library, Jest-Dom, TS-Jest
2. Added and set up jest.config.ts and jest.setup.js files
3. Added test scripts in package.json
4. Created a test folder for test files
5. Created an example unit testing for Home component
6. Added script in GitHub actions for testing and added one line of code to build-and-push
